Section 46
Accounting and auditing of the authority
(1) The account of the authority's income and expenditure shall be kept in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) The audit of the accounts of the Authority shall be conducted by the Auditor General.
(3) The Government of Nepal may at any time, if it wishes, examine or check the accounts of the Authority.
